‘Bionic Zoo’ is an exhibition concerning a fascinating field that has recently become fashionable, namely Bionics.
Bionics describes technological acheivements inspired by nature. It is known as a scientific method based on learning from nature. “Many products of everyday use as well as mechanisms originate from Bionics. Many people are familiar with the Velcro fastening, the lotus effect, yet rarely anyone knows that these inventions have their origin in nature. It does not mean just copying it, as planes do not have feathers and do not flap their wings like birds’. Depending on a module, the exhibition consists of up to 29 pieces.
